I have 5 avics, 1 avic avic and 4 versi's.

I got the avic avic to see and to learn how a avic enclosure must be, before I got the versi's.

To get enclosures right you need to play around and see what is the best for the T.

But yes a good ventilation for versi's is a must and you must keep the humidity high

Surely reading up on what you are getting that you don't know anything about would be the first thing to do? You are a member on a tarantula site FULL information... :ohmy:
Good suggestion would be just to go read, even to google versicolor care you will come up with what you need to know...

all I am doing is trying to find out why I have lost a few avics and metallicas It is not nice to lose a few thousand rand at a time but everyone was slings

Maybe add some pics of your enclosures ,which avics of yours died ?
