We have a gazbillion little bite sized frogs hopping around everywhere. I look at them and I think T food!

The dogs play with the adult frogs and go all frothy mouthed.

Are they safe to feed to T's as a once-in-a-while alternative to roaches? Has anyone tried this?

Careful when using insects or other animals from garden, not a good idea!

The dogs go all 'frothy mouthed' because of the poisons on the toad's body, so not a good idea. Frogs should be fine for spiders to eat, but I would not try toads.
The majority of 'frogs' we find in the garden are actually toads and are poisonous.

Must be my old snake keeping days shining through before one could simply buy pinkies at the local. Finding small enough food for baby snakes was a pain. Made those little toads look so delicious last night!
