I have started breeding turks a while back and i am checking every evening for any sign of life where i keep the eggs. I have not noticed any roaches but instead little worm like thingys are these the roaches starting out as a larvae or something or should these things not be in there?
What you're breeding is fruit-fly maggots but it isn't that bad. The humidity is high enough to keep them happy so you should be able to breed out the turks sooner than the okes with dry peat. If you used peat from the cages I would suggest cleaning out the ooths and adding fresh peat to minimise the amount of flies -also make smaller holes in the "hatching tub" and don't add food till you see the roaches running around in the tub.
Snakekid did a good post on the difference between heated and non-heated turk ooths so have a look at that.
