Hi guys. Can you please share some information regarding gut loading of crickets please? What do you guys use to feed the crickets and also when? The night before you feed the crickets to the T's?

Please advise.

I get my crickets on Fridays. I immediately introduce cheap fish flakes, some ProNutro, a dog pellet or six and slices of carrot. I then feed them to my spiders on Saturday.

I don't know for a fact, but the digestive cycle of a cricket is a bit faster than that of a Hippoooo, so I presume once the crickets have had their fill, it's best to move them over to your spider enclosures.

I have often witnessed a cricket oozing "orange" fluids from it's mouth when I catch them, so it seems they are filled to capacity withing 24 hours...
