Good day I would like to ask the legends of the trade if they could help me please.

I'm looking for Turkistan roaches to start my own colony, not just that I would like to know if anyone can tell me what the best setup would be to house them and to keep them living and what they would eat...

Please I really want to start my own setup and I’m depending on the knowledge of everyone who has experience
