Very unique, from curtain directions it does not look like it got a horn and then you look again it does.
Also very interesting patterns on the carapace, the way it flows into the horn is pretty cool.

Was just one found or did you find a couple of them?
Was the spider in a burrow or out in the open?



Curtain things on the Horned spider actually reminds me of the Augacephalus junodi especially the legs, when it is walking over the rock.

The truth is, the specimen was provided to us purely for photography for our Tarantupedia by someone with a permit guys B) :thumbsup:

You can take an Aphonopelma to crickets but you can't make it eat!
