I could have sworn I read something a while back about a species of baboon spider that almost always does this. Are you saying most or all species of baboon spider can or do expose their fangs in this manner?

Never heard of a specific one that only does that.
I don't see any reason why all would not be able to raise only one side of their body though. Hardly ever get threat poses from my baboon spiders, and if they had to put up a pose like that, I wouldn't think much of it any way I guess.

There could very well be one species that is known for this, but I haven't heard of it before. Doesn't mean there isn't one though.
