Out of the known described Cyriocosmus species I would say it most resembles C. fernandoi or C. fasciatus with the carapace and abdominal markings however it may well be something new.

Fukushima, C.S., R. Bertani & P.I. da Silva, Jr. 2005. Revision of Cyriocosmus Simon, 1903, with notes on the genus Hapalopus Ausserer, 1875 (Araneae: Theraphosidae). Zootaxa 846: 1-31.

Found this page, interesting read. could help with identifying the specific species, although I don't see it in the pictures 100%.

tarantulas.tropica.ru/en/evolution/Theraphosinae/Cyriocosmus

Interesting part for the communal lovers among us:
German Wolfgang Altmann has describe the evidence by the author of very dence population found in Tabago Island - over the 100 tarantulas of the different ages of the species Cyriocosmus elegans cohabiting on the 1 square meter area.

It's a Cyriocosmus Leetzi juvi. And beautiful as well.
Such a pity that we can't get our hands on so many spidy's.
Found this that would be a nice addition to.

I am with you on the Cyriocosmus fasciatus. Closest match to the picture from what I can tell.
