looks somewhat like a cross between huntsman and rain spider

Flattie or wall spider.??
Selenops sp.??

I have a pic of the belly, and initially I thought rain spider, but then I saw this pic and it is not a rain spider. I also think some kind of wolf spider or perhaps a flattie? Also, this is a small spider - that is an envelope it is lying on.

Looks like a spider from the family Selenopidae (Flattie)
