Depending on the size, I have a couple of regalis juvies around 6cm that shows no band, they only start showing as their legspan increases

But not saying that I am right about that being a regalis it most definitely can be something else. But the white stripe is not the only characteristic that puts regalis apart from striata or fasciata.
