Hey and welcome! I'd also suggest Grammostola pulchripes! Rather docile, inquisitive, hardy and they grow pretty large!

Welcome! Enjoy your stay and I hope we can answer any questions you might have :). I agree G. pulcripes is a brilliant T, also maybe look at the N. chromatus - I absolutely love my two and they are even more placid than my curlies, G. rosea and G. pulchripes. They grow at such speed too!

Welcome, you will lear allot as I have. and I im still learning. I also started with a G. pulchripes, after 1 month I now own 6...it really is like my signature says, once you pop, you cant stop
