I am Roan i have 2 gooty ornamentals 1 avic versicolor 1 blue fang 1 mexican red knee 1 brazilian red and white 1 peruvian pinktoe 1 avic diversepes 1 fire leg 1 green bottle blue 1 avic sp. purple and I want to start a breeding project with my gooties, 3 avics, blue fang and my gbb. But do I need permits for breeding and selling tarantulas.

You do not need permits for breeding tarantulas, unless they are the protected genera (Mostly local species). Check the rules page for the species that are protected.
As for breeding reports, check the breeding reports page. Lots of info in there (Although not too many people have bred metallica).
One last tip, try and use scientific names. It will avoid lots of confusion.
