H.gigas is in the hobby and H.hercules (note the 'e' after the h.) isn't. Do a bit of research and you will see that H.hercules isn't even in the overseas hobby. So unless someone from sa collected one from cameroon, its a H.gigas. Still a great spider, so enjoy it.

Id also say its male. Dont see any bump or anything else there.Wait for the next moult. Maybe we can be a better help then.

How can you say there is none in hobby until a couple months ago there wore still illegal imports, there is still imports coming into the country through channels unknown.
So that can't be counted out.

You obviously struggle to understand english.
There are no true H.hercules in the hobby.
As far as i know a few people in europe might have true H.hercules, but trust me you would know from the price if true hercules hit our shores.
You are obviously not going to believe me, so go do some reading up on some decent trustworthy sites from overseas.
