If it hasn't just moulted (in the last 24 hours), then i would be worried to be honest. Could be mold.

Doesn't look good then. Did the fangs darken as usual after the moult or did they stay white from the moult?
As to how to fix it. Really not sure. :(

The white looks like glare from a flash. The tips of the fangs are black and look normal.
Try take a photo without a flash.
