Your guess is as good as anyone's.
Everyone has a different reaction to bites, depending on where they are bitten, amount of venom, reaction to actual venom, etc.
The only way to accurately tell would be to inject yourself with the venom of all old worlds and document.
From reports, I would be very weary of calceatum, maculata and pokies. But that's just from reports that I have seen. Best would be to not get bitten.
