is it or would it be a good thing to alternate between these foods ( crickets, roaches, mealworms)?

Yes think so I give my Ts crickets,mealworms and hissing roaches but gunna abandon the crickets too much trouble taking care of them.

a tip on the crickets, just feed them vegatable off cuts and a small bowl of water. i have crickets molting and lasting me over a month

Thats really up to you if you wont to do that?
But it does not harm your Tarantulas to change there diet every now then.

My tarantulas main diet is Roaches and end of the month I feed them crickets!

Roaches are allot healther for your Tarantulas and allot more food for a feeder!
