I would suggest a "P" party, it's convenient, easy for everyone to use their own creativity and alot of fun. Basic concept is that everyone comes dressed as something begining with a P. (some quick ideas are pimp, prostitue, prisoner, policeman, pope, and for the more boring guests Person).

Or you could choose a different letter like maybe the first letter of your name, either way have a great 21st and I'm sure what ever theme you choose it will be great.

what wrong with less clothes :P if its warm enough why not! I always enjoy a theme that evolves characters from movies, books, stories, cartoons or what ever tickles your fancy! Best fun i ever had was dressing up as Jack sparrow and wondering around with my bottle of rum! Good times
