Haha that's definitely possible, people have had some weird things removed from ears. It is a very cute picture though, I wonder if they had to kill it to get it out

THAT'S a great idea to bring spiders from Uzbekistan !!

Haai sies!
I woman I know had a fly crawl into her ear. She had to go to the medicross to have it removed.
I dont see the spider actually living in there, but maybe it just chose the wrong place to hide.
