This will help a lot, I want to grow a Bonsai and create a natural environment for my ball pythons( :eyepoke: well, as close to it as possible )

Bonsai in a snake cage bad idea... the plants will never survive... bonsai are out door plants and do not survive well indoors and die 95% of the time unless you create an indoor bonsai from an indoor species of plant such as a fig type tree.... IF you want live plants in your cages just go and buy a huge indoor type tree rather than spend years making a bonsai that you snake will probably snap the delicate branches off and kill or damage it... Best suggestion buy the biggest indoor tree or trees and thats it, bonsai will be a waist of time and money, if i have to be dead honest with you... I would suggest to you the Ficus benjamina for and indoor tree for your snake, will not harm your snake either can be used for chameleons aswell...
