Yesterday Syd took me along on a breakfast run on the bike, and we went to Cullinan, what a wonderful ride it was, after breakfast at this one place we went sitting on the grass under the shade, and out of the corner of my right eye some movement caught my attention, and I took pictures of this stunning looking reptile.

Wow thats amazing looks like a bearded dragon with tree bark patterns, but its not lol, I think its a Acanthocercus atricollis (Southern Tree Agama)

The males get a stunning blue head during breeding season.

Lucky to have gotten a picture, they sometimes don't stick around for photo's.

Thank you guys, this little guy, even though he looks like he forms part of the tree bark, had the most stunning black, grey, white colouring, and yes he is a fast little bugger. I wanted to take a fourth picture of him, but all I got was a picture of the tree. :lol:
