ok guys ive always opened sacks on day 21- 28 or so and eggs with legs but wanna try leave a little longer till maybe first instar on day 40-45 what u guys think?? or is it too risky ??

I would say go longer, it stays with the mother till she opens the sack anyway, will be interesting to see what happens and it also allows us to learn the does and do not in this regard.

I think the biggest reason one opens the sack is to make sure that nothing has gone wrong inside the sack and also the excitement gets to much at times and one must just do it.

Will you leave the sack in the mechanical mom or remove it to a hammock and just turn it every now and then?
Will you wait till exactly day 40 or will open the sack sooner?

Hi jake. i'm not too sure as in mechanical mom now on day 21 and the egg sack turns on a timer . the temp is between 27/28 degrees and humidity between 84-90% at max. what u think leave till day 40 ? whatever happens happens . we at least will know after opening the sack on day 40..lol

Hi Shaun. once the "dust" has settled with the big blow out on forum i will share my web page to all so you can see. @ this point in time certain people are still sending me unwanted text messages that i had to seek legal advice from a friend advocate in PTA but it seems after the warning i sent it stopped so lets hope it stays that way. i'm not here to make ill feelings nor fight as you can see i'm trying to forget the other days events but i will give you the web page address in time as a certain someone is still with the " knife by my back so to speak..lol hope you understand :thumbsup:

Ceratogyrus ans everyone i have made ill feelings with. i apologize if i hurt anyones feelings and if you are all happy can we all move on as friends and share valuable information. i didn't have a good night last night as i listened to the wrong info and lost 6 2nd instar slings so i'm devastated today!!! i asked Jake to assist with the tthread and ur all welcome as were hear to learn from each other so lets put our differences aside and move on as a team working nicely together.
