Hello Jacques
Firstly what T is that ? Looks like a nhandu chromatus, but pics can be deceiving. Secondly, you would have to wait for a molt to sex your T. Also remember to take a good picture of the inner abdomen, which would show the viewer better. Only way to sex a T via a picture, would be when the genus shows sexual dimorphism. (Difference in adult colour)

That's wat the dude at the pet shop said when wife my got it ( but he doesn't seem all that clued up). U think he could be wrong? Wat do u think it is then?

Martin is correct, that is a Nhandu chromatus (Brazilian Red and White) :spider:

The guy who sold it to you is wrong.
