Ciska is my sister in law and me and her husband collect T together ....
So we have 2 Avicularia Versicolor FM now....Jippppyyy

Sorry for getting into this discussion only now. Internet seem to be a very difficult concept for Telkom to grasp, and maintain.

Thank you all for making it a great day. If you did not pitch, this would not be possible.

We will need suggestions on how to improve next time. We have already discussed alternating between Jo'burg and Pretoria, maybe in March next year. This will allow a few EXPO guys to stock up for that event, and give individual buyers exposure to a few bargains.

I was a bit late getting there.
But in total it was a very good turn out for the first Tarantula auction
I would say the next one needs to be advertized a bit more
and maybe have some snakes,roaches and maybe some tanks on auction .

I don't think we will ever expand the auction to other animals. The idea of the auction is/was to create a Tarantula Only event. All other public events include exotics, but none is dedicated to Tarantulas only. I think we will keep it like that.

We will try hard to get a few more "stalls" with interesting stuff for sale next time, but the auction itself will stay with T's only...

Suggestion: If there is a min resurve on a item, dont start lower that that...start at the min wanted by the seller. Thats how all the other auctions work that i go to.
