I find my spiders sometimes do the same thing and I feed them regularly. I started collecting small cuttlefish bones on the beach. They love to play with them and they move them around their enclosures. I am hoping they get a little joy out of moving stuff around in their homes. Like spring cleaning. lol

Well, just think in their natural enviroment they will constantly use whatever is at hand to camouflage their burrow/hide so maybe she thinks it's a funny looking stick and is planning on holding up the roof of the burrow with it

Lol that's so cool. My H.Lividum empties out it's water dish and uses it as a trap door lid for her hidey hole.

That makes them better engineers than the guys working on the N12 in the East Rand. Looks like they are screwing up that construction on the highway. I might have to rent out my Lividium or Vagan to help them out.

I know of a L.parahybana that did the same with a coke bottle lid!
It would play with the lid daily. Everyday id find it in a different location.
Anyone else have a T with this phenomenon?
