Pretty sure it's a female, my male just matured at 12cm and he's much more dull in coloration and of course has his "sex tools" lol.

Would she be ready, at this size, for a breeding project? Her size at 11cm's is a bit off as she was not sprawled out and could actually be around 12. But I prefer to under-sell and not have egg on my face if I over exagerate and end up wrong. I think wait another molt? There is a male from Usumbara that mature very recently and if I do wait, will he still be good to go?

I would say wait a molt or two to do a breeding attempt.

You can mate her at that size, I have a female the same size and mated her about 2weeks ago.

She will be sexually mature at that size, but I would check her next molt to make sure
