Guys it's merely been overlooked in the past, they were never illegal to keep, they have been overlooked mainly because they really are pretty small and unimpressive. And please let's all act responsibly and not rush out to wild catch these species now....

Buy some slings, and that is that. Be responsible about it. I'm quite keen to know what other species we are allowed to keep that has been overlooked. If there is a bigger breeding market then people will leave the ones in the wild alone.

Seems like it may only be species found in the old Transvaal area, which would probably only mean H.overdijki and B.pretoriae, but not 100% sure.

My slings are captive bred, so get them while they are still around. Best to buy captive slings now and stop over collecting. What is not bought might find its way to some European shores if all legalities check out.

We will have some H lightfooti slings as well soon. We will not sell them and just lotto them to our members interested.

Could someone post up the T's we are allowed to keep as well as the ones we are not allowed to keep. or point me in the right direction. I read the thread that Dave linked but got a bit confused.

Then maybe also list some of the Breeders/Suppliers so that guys dont just go and raid the local veld.

Oh ho. I thought it wasn't "worth it" to export T's? Anyway, thi doesn't bother me as I can't keep them, so enjoy them
