A rare sighting! was created by cullin
I have hundreds of T's, yet hardly ever see
the actual flip onto their back when they turn to molt!

Its very cool tp see though! but rare! i prob only see it
once in every 30-40 molts!

How often do you get to see it?
The Lord's Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us...

Many things flip on their back here, but spiders probably every 30 - 40 moults.

Haha no comment! But anyway I've never seen a spider flip on it's back. I have however seen a spider molt without flipping at all. It seemed as though she was going to flip but then decided to just climb out the carapace upright, I think that must be a rare sighting because I've never heard of it before and didn't even know they could do that.

Just the other night one of my spiders was preparing to molt. I saw the whole spinning the carpet, covering it in urticating hairs, etc.

Sat for a while waiting for it to flip.

Went to get coffee, came back, on it's back!!! Missed it.

I think they wait for all movement to stop before they do it.

I have had quite a few of these close encounters but never witnessed it.

I did how ever get a video of my Boehmei playing with it's decorations :D ( scarab - you have my permission to make fun of that sentence ;) )

Ive seen far more upright molts than the flip!
