Not a fishing attempt. the lack of management is an eye opener.

I'll be the first to admit that the site is falling apart, but is a bit unethical to advertise another site on here Stefan.

I have been on this site for well over 3 years and have made great friends on here.
For those of you still wanting to save the site, email Taki on: ttsonis@mweb.co.za and ask him to sort things out asap. If he even bothers replying. :)

Aswell as every forum has its problems!
Who is to say that the 'new one' will be great?
Agreed that some changes need to be made here!
But its not that bad!

I support ANY well maintained website and/or forum. The one you have created might be a splendid alternative and I personally forsee a mass migration soon. It is rather obvious that I am the only active moderator, albeit limited in my abilities. I will neglect my duty if I don't inform you that it is not ethical to advertise one forum on another.

I can only wish you well in your endevours, but you as Admin of your new forum would not take kindly to the activities you are continuing here?

How many forums are we all members of?
I know many users here are on other T and Reptile forums.
I say give the guy a break and join. The quality of the information, users and administration will ultimately decide your regular forum choice. For now tarantulas.co.za is still my regular hiding place. Only time will tell.
