Well, on Friday night I met with all the "new" tarantula enthusiasts. It went better than expected. They had a lot of questions for me - THANKS goodness I could answer them all.

I'm going to try have a meeting once a month and just maybe do quarterly newsletters (depends how much time I have!). :S

Well, it been a while since I've had a meeting here in KZN. :S
We definately due for another meeting. :whistle:

The club has slowed down drastically, hopefully we'll have some new comers in the next meeting!

Suzi, at these gatherings what tarantulas to you take along with you? I think you doing a great job! their are plenty of T owners in KZN and im sure of that! Good old days the zululand observer hahaha

I've only had one meeting and that happened in a restuarant - could not take any tarantulas with me.

With this meeting I'm actually having it at my home so others can view my tarantulas. I also told them they can bring one of there favourite tarantulas with so that the tarantula enthusiasts can look at them as well.

I ask all those that I invited to bring a friend with who doesn't have tarantulas and might be interested. (Got to get a grow on the club!)

To find T owners are not as easy as I thought. Pity you all the way in PTA....
