You need a clear plastic cup, like those plastic castle draught glasses.
make a hole in the bottom right in the middle. Making the hook is left to your own creativity. most people bend a wooden dowel using a heat source. TarantulaGuy1976 on youtube has a plastic hook that he uses in alot of his vids.

You stick the hook through the bottom of the cup and then you can coax the T into the cup using the hook. once he is in, slide a piece of carboard or paper underneath. you can then place the cup wherever you please, like next to a container that has been prepaired for shipping a T and use the hook that is inside the cup the nudge the T out into his cumfy postage taxi
