I think what Cerat is saying is that yes, there are both the porteri and rosea. But the porteri is not in the hobby and the one being sold as porteri is in actual fact the rosea NCF.

Guys I just wanted to show what I found to clarify what people over seas says, since a small amount op people here actually know the difference, and then they and breed the RCF and NCF, with a result in something completely different.....

THAT IS WHAT I FOUND FROM A USER NOT IN SA THAT ACTUALLY HAD ALL THE T'S THAT IS ON HIS SITE..... So I think he knows a lot about his T's, and thought his research on then may help us...and answer some questions.

dont think anyone is arguing, we just putting in info as a group and hopefully we can come to a conclusion or at least be educated on the difference. :blush:

Still a lot of confusion in a lot of peoples minds.... But I for one think that the things we found, hop hop, me, Jaco, and Gem are one way for us to use the info without confusing or tecnically cross breeding the T's again...

Like, one of our female grammostola's is a Rosea cross Poteri and the other a true Poteri.

Wish we had one of those copper rosies though... Beautiful T's....

But according to a lot of people over seas the Rosea NCF is the Poteri..... Otherwise, what is the Poteri?
I can't prove it but personally think if we hold to the three groups, it may help us in the future....
