From what i can make out from the skin photo it looks if there is a flap or its just another piece of skin standing up between the first 2 booklungs , if not then it is female . It just looks different from what i think they look like.

Here is a pic from my P cambridgei female for reference.
Louwtjies paint picture is pretty accurate
The cambridgei and irminia spermatheca are similar (paired) but not identical.
