Hi Mist

Well as long as you give them plenty hiding spots.
They will sort them self out!
I got 11 H inceis in a tank the size is 300mm X 220mm X 220mm. I have added a picture(its not the best but I can't find the other I took)

Do you have to rehouse them once they get bigger? Wouldn't it be better to just put them in a big enclosure to start off with?

I put mine in a smallish enclosure to start out. within a month, they are already getting a bit large for the enclosure. Now I have to rehouse them and they are fast buggers. Soon though.

If you think about it, when they breed, the slings will live inside the enclosure, yes, the mom will fetch the food, but as long as they eat, they will be fine.

Next time I will use a huge enclosure never to rehouse.

Just keep in mind that they tend to be messy. Body parts everywhere, so cleaning is a pain, especially as they are so fast. My one almost got out the one time.

Thats the reason why I have put them in this bigger tank they are about 2cm now and they can live in this tank till they are 6-7cm even bigger will be building a bigger tank when they get a bit bigger!

re-housing its not an issue if you have to just got to make sure you get all the spiders out:laugh:

They max out at around 7cm, so the tank should be fine for them.
I have my 50 odd slings and mommy in a tank around 40cm x 20cm.
