I think that there is not fixed colour for Curlys, number one. Number two I think they change colour as they age especially the females. I am sure that she is fine. She is beautiful and wow I am super impressed at how well you have taken care of her. I mean, my T is a 3rd instar going to 4th and she has gone from a, wow a kinda pinky tan colour to pitch black before her moult. I as so effing excited I could poop! Can't wait to see her first moult. I don't think you need to worry. I think that she is reaching her sexual peak and changes are normal then. Look it up on Google. I am almost certain that they change colour after the 'ultimate moult'. What is her name?

I have taken a look at them, but also after looking last night I see that the pics you have sent me shows like a greyish colour.

Mine however, is literally a tan colour, almost like the legs of a G.rosea.

Now I don't know.

My dad that has 10 curlies, all 5-7cm's, had a look last night, and there's not one that has that same colouring.

Maybe it molts and it's back to normal colour, we never know.

I have seen this colour change with two of my albopilosum's, the smaller one when moulting went tne most gorgeous colour green and now that she is bigger she seems to have the same greenish tinge from the first joint down. The other is the same light tan from the first joint down, both of mine are about 9cm. I still love to see them moult to see the bright colour on them before they harden and turn lighter. Your girl is stunning too.

I have seen B. albopilosum with similar colouring before and they have eventually ended up the usual uniform dark brown colour.
