She looks like she is in premolt, just make sure she has water, if she wants to drink. G.rosea's are known to stop eating for long periods of time, for no reason.
The darkness of the bald spot indicates impending molt.
Just give her some time.
Grammostola rosea specimens are known for their long fastings. Read of many 2+ years cases of not eating.
They are not the most active spiders, so they don't expend much energy, thus not having to eat much.
I have two Rosea's. First off - no 2 Rosea's are alike in behaviour. Secondly, not eating is part of who they are. They will feast and feast and feast, then all of the sudden stop eating. I've endured many a heart attack with my 2 Roseas. Infact, My male rosea is in premolt. He merely kills his food then leaves it. I would suggest chucking a cricket in once a week. If it survives 24hours, take it out and feed it to another T(hoping you have one). And relax. Roseas are known for fasting and unorthodox behaviour!!!
