So here are my questions:
I was told it is in preshed, must I still attempt to feed it?
and what worms are best to feed for slings (+-4cms)

It definitely looks like its in pre-molt to me.

Mealworms or silk worms are fine. Just wondering why you asking about worms specifically?

My cricket colony got eaten by ants. so need to get some new ones...

and I also want to vary her/his diet (still needs to be sexed)

Meal worms are cool but just take note they can put up a fight and bite. Silk worms just roll over and say eat me nom nom nom. I also think silk worms are better in nutrition but don't over do it with them, still need crickets. Silk worms are high in protein but low in calcium... crickets are a better balance... reason the are the preferred feeding choice.

I was thinking of roaches as well... but no clue where to get them.

I am not having luck with crickets for some messed up reason... they keep on dying on me...

50 crickets last for 2 meals.... the rest die

So I want to make sure I got an OK setup for them to make their short lives as good as possible.

Another thing (but I might be wrong), dont crickets grow way to fast?

HeteroScuderia suggested I grow Oxyhaloa Deusta roaches.... but where would I be able to get them?

@ as.legion Just one thing you need to remember, crickets need heat to survive. I don't know if you have a heating pad under there enclosure but this is what works for me. I don't breed crickets thou as i dont like the fact that they can harm your T. I breed roaches and they can be kept in the enclosure for a bit longer. Well that's only my opinion.

Regarding your T it looks like it will eat once or twice more. My G. pulchripes looked the same and he had 3 more meals then moulted. You will see that they go very black at the tip of there toes and the rest of there body also goes darker.
