I couldn't find one either, but I've chatted to a few people and it seems they like slightly elevated humidity and temps in the region of about 20 - 28 deg. So, not too difficult then. If slings, just mist a little every 4 days or so. The substrate should be a little damp, not wet. Also, it would seem they are semi arboreal. I have 5 slings. 2 have made burrows and pretty much stay in there, and the other 3 are always near the top of the cup. So give them the option of both.

This is information I got from Rick West:

T. ockerti comes from the wet rainforests around Iquitos, Peru.

The area has an annual rainfall of 2,853 mm with an annual mean temperature 26.2 °C

I've been keeping my T ockerti's for almost a year, around that temperatures on damp substrate.
I feed them large crickets once a week but I assume roaches would work just as
well.

They need to have some elevated surface, like a log, that will keep them above the substrate when they want to. The height of a normal arboreal enclosures would be enough.

I don't know if this is the correct way, but it works for my ockerti's ;)
