This is information I got from Rick West:
T. ockerti comes from the wet rainforests around Iquitos, Peru.
The area has an annual rainfall of 2,853 mm with an annual mean temperature 26.2 °C
I've been keeping my T ockerti's for almost a year, around that temperatures on damp substrate.
I feed them large crickets once a week but I assume roaches would work just as
well.
They need to have some elevated surface, like a log, that will keep them above the substrate when they want to. The height of a normal arboreal enclosures would be enough.
I don't know if this is the correct way, but it works for my ockerti's
