1) She is getting ready to moult... No there abdomens do not get bigger before a moult, they actually shrink in size but that is not the way to tell if it is going to moult...

2) she is getting used to her new enclosure thus not wanting to eat... takes about 1-2 weeks for a spider to get used to a new home...
There is no need to worry if it does not eat... tarantulas can go months with out eating... for example my 15cm Nhandu chromatus is the only spider of mine not to eat during winter she goes 6 months with no food she is the only spider of my collection that does and when summer comes she eats again... offer her 1 cricket a week and if she does not eat it in a few hours remove the food and try again next week and repeat until she starts eating again... once she is eating more food can be provided...
GBB love dry encloses they do not like excess humidity...
