Do you have places for her to hide in.

How long has seen been in the new tank?

Only been in the new cage for about 2 weeks. So hopefully she'll see this as a very bad vacation :D

Will definitely reinstate her old hide and enclosure tonight, the current hide is much narrower, I had hoped she would use the peat and some webbing to cover it up

Is your enclosure perhaps very wet?

I keep mine very dry with a water dish. Some H.mac have been known to die in conditions that are too wet as well.

Replied by Jake on topic Prozac for H.maculata (and me)
I had a pokie female that took a month before she went and made some webbing and then dug into the substrate.

My H.maculata was re-housed and she took a while before she made a home.
Maybe just put some of here things back into her new enclosure, maybe if you have some old webbing aswell.
Even some old substrate.

Thanks, that was the other thing that worried me - we had to rehouse her first time to due very wet conditions (enclosure is not very ventilated, water bowl tipped over) that resulted in some funny stuff growing in the peat.
