i never use meal worms or superworms, but if i had to then id rather cut its head off (of the mealworm).
id never ever use super worms, they are agressive little things, using a super worm is always a bad idea,if you have to use it,cut of its head (not only with slings but with other ts and reptiles to)
we once saw a bearded dragon at the vet (they were determing why its dead) cause of death: because of a super worm it swallowed and the super worm ate his way thru the dragons stomach.

I've also noticed they are more agro than mealworms, but i rarely use them.
Well this settles it. I'll stick to crickets and roaches.

I used to use super worms for some of my larger Ts ,always used to crush the heads ,they not good to use because they tend to burrow in the substrate
