Transporting Ts HELP! was created by Ross
Hi guys,

This weekend I will be moving to a flat in pta and only after ive moved furniture and whatnot will I bring my Ts. so that will happen on sunday. BUT is it okay just to put the tanks in the car where they cant move or slide? I would think that I should remove anything in the tank that could move when jolted like drift wood etc?

Unplugging PC in about 30 minutes so if anyone that has done a move with Ts before and knows what to do could you drop me an sms at 0723546994

thanks!

Bedfordview to PTA is just down the road, so not a hectic trip for you or the spiders.

loading the tanks straight into car/bakkie will be fine.
Remove all objects that could move around and hurt your spider.
Tape down your lids so they can't move around and come off in transit
keep out of direct sun light.
You can just cover with a towel or blanket and bob is your uncle, spiders moved.

Thanks dudes, I tried the search option maybe I wasnt using right key words.

But thanks, there are only a few tanks that ill have to remove objects but for the rest they are in plastic tubs and there is nothing harmful.
once ive arrived and got them inside should I just give them all a little bit of water spray on the sides?

You can if you wont to.
But as soon as you get them to the new place every thing goes back to normal for you and the spiders, well not really for you, you still have to unpack and sort things out :P , the spiders on the other hand are the lucky one's. noob
