Good morning and sorry for all the questions.

Is there anybody selling genuine T Blondi's? One of my friends bought 3 slings from a breeder, but they turned out to be nothing more than B. Vagans (it appears!) uzi I would be a little upset buying 3 slings at R1200 each (around 1-2 cm) and they turn out to be duds!

NOPE its most probably a lie, 99.9% fake.

What you could do is ask him to take a photograph of the slings next to the latest news paper of 2013, then post it on the forum, because T.blondi slings look different, then maybe you can move from there.

I would be VERY VERY VERRRYYYYYYY P #@$%!@#^@#&@# D off if that ever happened to me.

I've heard of a few attempted sacs (I'm still looking for a male for my mature female blondi) - but I think (and I'm sure you'll be) very cautious when buying a so-called T.blondi sling.

The T.blondi slings (from what I've heard and read on the web) are about 2-2.5cm already at first instar (or second instar, can't remember the stats, I'm not good with numbers and digits) and I've seen pictures of them being pitch black at that size!

So the best would be to ask the experts that have bought (or raised) T.blondi slings or juvies to give you an indication of their respective sizes at different stages (slings/juvies/etc).

And check out Tarantupedia .... they might have pictures of what a real one should look like at sling/juvie stage!

And tell your friend to name and shame that person who sold them the fake blondi slings!

Spunky

Thank you for the advise. Some people will do anything for quick bucs! I always try and see the mother first before buying expensive, rare slings like that

Will you post some pics of your girl?
