A burrowing tarantula would be fossorial. Fossilic means "embedded, exhibiting or registering the traces of a thing once alive". This happens sometimes when you dig up your substrate to look for a T last seen months before...

If possible there should be a link to a glossary defining all the words used to avoid confusion. There is a difference between a burrowing and a fossorial T - one digs holes and the other spends almost all its time in them.

There are quite a few articles online which are freely accessible - could you not include a text field for References where the links could be posted? There is a lot more information available than one could put on a caresheet, and it would be good to be able to read more if one wanted to. Just a thought.
