So was a bit bored and did some research and found out that there was a new genus and 2 new species recently discovered.

Pterinochilus lapalala

and

Bacillochilus xenostridulans

I doubt anyone has any information on these 2 but worth a try?

Apparently "Bacillochilus xenostridulans and the type was described on the basis of two females that were found in the Natural History Museum in London in tubes filled with spirit as tarantulas unidentified."
Couldn't find info to verify this or not though.

Nice to have another SA spider described. Some morphological study P lapalala magnified pics here.

I'm not impossible. I'm being improbable.

But serious, there is very limited info on these species except for that which you just stated.

I absolutely love these kind of subjects, the mystery compels me to not stop until i have the answers. And this tradition of mine I will honor. I will be pressing on a few professor's buttons whom I know to see what their take is and give feedback here.

The best person to speak to with regards to P.lapalala is Patrick Gildenhuys. He has seen them in the wild as far as I'm aware.
