Sorry to hear buddy. I kinda know how you feel althou mine was much smaller. Mine was about 3 cm big and it was my firs T. Got him when he was minute and watched him grow... I still have 2 of his moults. He was just gone the one day 
still not sure what happened to him but i couldnt find him. It was right after his second moult. I still took him out and was so proud! Put him back so that he can just chill off

What bugs me is that most of the time unless you pay a lot of attentoin to your T's behaviour, there is almost no warning. They are fine one day, and the next day...dead.
