Here's a pic of my B. albo that didn;t make it. I though it was just 'hanging' around.. a day later i decided to open the container and see if he's alive and why is he just sitting there in that weird position. My baby obt all so didn't make and my room is a constant 20+ deg. !! Even tho it's just a sling.. it's still a loss.
One thing I have Noticed, with curtain plastic containers My Tarantulas get stuck.
They often sit against the side if the plastic container, then they lose their and fall off and not able to get thier grip back to pull themselves back up they hang like that until I find, they die or they make a plan ..
So What I have done to prevent this from happening, I have filled the container up with plenty substrate and give them pieces of bark to climb up the sides with.
Chilly, maybe it's just the picture, but it looks like the substrate is very dry. Especially during winter you need to keep it quite moist with any T', especially if they're slings! I make sure that there's always a good amount of condensation along the walls of their enclosures.
