Doesn't look particularly dry. Think you should just a bit more substrate to keep a little more moisture and humidity. It may not even be that. I have lost a few spiders not long after they molted:(

Sorry to hear that.

It seems pokie are the more common species to have issues with moulting.

I agree about adding a bit more substrate and maybe keep it a bit more moist than it is know.
How big are your spiders living in those containers?

I will try adding more substrate and add water more often than once a week.

How big was the spider?
As you saw at my place, if the spider is over 5cm, I would not worry about keeping it too moist. Mine are kept bone dry.

It was about 3cm before its moult and never left to dry out totally. Water was misted weekly.

Sorry bout your loss, I lost a 8cm fasciata who decided to mould just before the last cold spell. And for some reason she did'nt survive the cold, even tough all my other T's are fine...
