Hi Therapist
Please post a link or something on that info, I would love to read further on that. I also keep meal worms and never knew you could keep them together with roaches.

it's about 2/3 of the way down under Phoetalia pallida + Oxyhaloa duesta (Pallid and Red Head Roach). not much about it, just says:

"For larger cultures, I recommend introducing a colony of Alphitobius diaperinus which will eat dead roaches and scraps."
