Just go to www.kalahari.net search for scorpion books and it will give you a list of available books. It's cheaper and they deliver to your door. The books also have descriptions so you can see if it is what you are looking for. I haven't read any scorpion books so cant give you a recommendation as to which is best or most informative. You would know better if the book has what you are looking for

Hi, I bought P. imperator juvies for R150 each at the march expo. R500 seems a bit much, I've seen adults go for that price. As an example OB was selling an adult female 2 weeks ago for R400.

If you are a novice at scorpion keeping, your best bet would be to get Barron's book Scorpions: A Complete pet owner's manual. (pictured) Make sure you get the second addition. I am waiting for stock on them, don't know when it will be available, sometime soon.

Species specific books are very hard to come by and also very expensive. I'll definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn more about successfully keeping these animals in captivity.

I have P.imperator young, ±8cm for R500 if you or anybody else is interested. They are ±1,5 yrs old, so not a bad price for them in my opinion.
