Since you got you CITES permits so quickly after buying the snakes, you OBVIOUSLY know what friends in the herping community can do for you. You left out many things on your list of what will be needed if a CITES permit is required. But the threads title isn't HOW TO APPLY FOR A CITES PERMIT. Nor did I ask for a lecture on it. Sorry, don't mean to be rude, but I'll rather go to some helpful person, trying to assist in getting these permits, rather than trying to have a useless knowledge standoff. Common sense: If the price tag is ±R10 000, I would surely not be able to afford it, but if its ±R3000 for instance, its something I can consider. I'm not Nostradamus that gets hit with visions of what snakes I want at night, so, I saw your post, and knowing what these snakes are, and having a keen interest in them, I was interested. I'm not going to prepare for something I'm not even sure ill be able to get just yet, and thus I'm preparing by looking at my options on affordability, so focus on what I asked you please. I do know of a few other people that have these magnificent snakes in their collection, and I'm sure they would happily assist me in my quest so thanks a million. I'm sorry to all who is offended by my post, but this sort of irritated me. It was of no help or use to me.
